Today is a special day in the church calender and as such the colours we use today are white (according to the Uniting Church in Australia) if this colour choice causes you a problem you might like to use Gold or as the Church of England are using Red.
If you are worshipping at home, you might like to make a small focus area, using your choice of colour, a candle( I prefer battery operated ones when children are involed), and any other items that help you concentrate your thoughts on God.

If you are able to worship in person, but children are not catered for in the service, this ideas can be used by your children in a face to cace service.
